All items in our store are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

**Lost or Damaged Parcels**
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@hih-digital.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
**Customs & Duties**
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
